The Briefing
ChatGPT ads officially launch: $60 CPM, $200K minimum.
3x Meta's CPM. Target, Adobe, Williams-Sonoma are the first brands in. If you buy media, you need a position on this channel. If you don't, your competitors will.
ByteDance launches Seedance 2.0 for production-ready AI video ads.
Multi-shot commercial sequences (product reveal, lifestyle, CTA) from a single product photo. Traditional video production just got disrupted. Hard.
Meta launches "Dear Algo" on Threads.
Users can now personalize their algorithm with text prompts. Signals a shift toward user-controlled feeds. Your content strategy needs to work when the audience literally tells the algorithm what to show them.
The Build
Here's something most marketers get wrong. They think the problem is traffic. Or copy. Or the funnel.
Usually it's the offer.
A great offer with mediocre copy will outsell mediocre offer with great copy every time. The offer is the thing people actually exchange money for. If it doesn't feel like a steal, no amount of clever writing saves it.
This week I built an offer stack creation system inside AI. The framework: build so much perceived value that the price becomes almost irrelevant. Not with fluff. Not with inflated numbers. With strategically chosen bonuses that eliminate objections, speed up results, and make the core offer easier to use.
The file that made it work: offer-stack-creation.md
This file walks through Russell Brunson's Offer Stack methodology: defining the core offer, selecting hyper-relevant bonuses, anchoring value, justifying price, reversing risk, and creating genuine urgency. Here's the framework:
# Offer Stack Creation ## Core Principles - Perceived Value vs. Price: Create a significant gap between perceived value and actual price. Total value should be at least 10x the asking price. - Every item in the stack should be relevant and valuable. ## S-Tier Tactics (Must-Do) 1. Define a Crystal-Clear Core Offer Must solve a specific problem for target audience. 2. Select Hyper-Relevant Bonuses Each bonus must pass this test: - Does it eliminate a specific objection? - Does it speed up the result? - Does it make the core offer easier to implement? If no to all three, cut it. 3. Anchor the Value of Each Item Assign a real-world monetary value to every component. 4. Justify the Price with Overwhelming Value Total value should make asking price seem like a steal. 5. Implement Strong Risk Reversal Guarantee as a selling point, not a safety net. 6. Create Genuine Urgency and Scarcity Limited-time offers, limited quantities, or fast-action bonuses. Must be real, not manufactured. ## Common Mistakes to Avoid - Don't create a "Franken-Stack" (random bonuses) - Don't inflate values (erodes trust) - Don't use fake scarcity (damages credibility) - Don't make it complicated (confused mind says no)

The AI built a complete offer stack with named bonuses, value anchoring, a guarantee script, and urgency elements. The bonus names alone were worth it. Instead of "Bonus #1: Checklist," I got benefit-driven names that made each piece feel like its own product.
What worked: The "objection-eliminating bonus" test. Forced the AI to stop suggesting random add-ons and start creating bonuses that directly address reasons people don't buy. "I don't have time" gets a bonus called "The 15-Minute Quick-Start Blueprint." "I'm not technical" gets "The Zero-Tech Setup Guide." Each bonus kills a specific hesitation.
What didn't work: AI tends to inflate values. "This template is worth $2,997!" No it isn't, and your customers know it. I added "values must be defensible" and it got more realistic. You still need to sanity-check, but the guardrail helps.
The Play
Take your current offer. List every component. Does each bonus eliminate a specific objection, speed up the result, or make implementation easier? If a bonus fails all three tests, cut it. Dead weight in your offer stack actually reduces conversions. Less can be more.
Then rename every remaining piece with a benefit-driven name. "Module 3" becomes "The 90-Day Revenue Accelerator Blueprint." Names matter more than most people think. A named tool with a clear benefit feels 5x more valuable than a generic deliverable.
Try this today. AI is excellent at renaming: "Rename these offer components so each name communicates the specific benefit the buyer gets." One prompt. Instant upgrade to your entire offer presentation.
