Three sections. Five minutes. One unfair advantage.

The Briefing

Claude Sonnet 4.6 launches with near-Opus performance.

Better default model for startups. More affordable than Opus while handling complex workflows. If you've been priced out of the top tier, the gap just closed significantly.

Meta and Nvidia expand partnership (millions of GPUs, multi-year).

Expect accelerated rollouts of Meta's image, video, and language models in H1 2026. More competition means better tools for everyone.

Supermetrics integrates with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot.

AI agents can now query live marketing metrics directly. Optimization decisions based on real performance data instead of gut feelings. The analytics-to-action gap just shrunk.

The Build

Long-form sales copy. The thing that separates the professionals from the amateurs. Most people think it's dying. It's not. It's evolving.

A well-written sales page still outsells anything else online. The problem is, most people can't write one. It's 2,000-5,000 words of carefully layered persuasion where every paragraph earns the right for the reader to continue to the next one.

This week I loaded 6 proven sales letter frameworks into the AI and tested them against each other: AIDA, PAS, 4 P's, Star-Story-Solution, Big Idea, and Golden Thread. The goal was to find out which frameworks translate best when AI does the first draft.

The file that made it work: long-form-sales-letter-frameworks.md

This file contains the structural blueprints for the most proven sales letter formats in direct response history. AIDA dates back to 1898. PAS is the workhorse of modern copy. Each framework is broken down with its components, best use cases, and how to match it to your audience's awareness level. Here's the section I used most:

# Copywriting Frameworks

## AIDA Framework
The foundational structure for direct response
(Elias St. Elmo Lewis, 1898).

### Attention
Stop readers immediately through:
- Bold statements, surprising facts
- Provocative questions, benefit-driven headlines
Critical stat: 8/10 people read headlines,
only 2/10 read the rest.

### Interest
Keep prospects engaged through:
- Captivating facts and anecdotes
- Curiosity gaps (Zeigarnik effect)
- Seeds of curiosity

### Desire
Transform interest into wanting through:
- Emotional connection
- Social proof, scarcity, authority
- Vivid pictures of transformation

### Action
Guide to specific action through:
- Clear, frictionless CTAs with urgency
- Single CTA per context (increases clicks 371%)

## PAS Framework
Simpler, more emotionally-driven formula.

### Problem
Identify the specific issue. State it clearly so
prospects feel immediately understood.

### Agitate
Intensify the problem. Describe consequences of not
solving it. Use vivid scenarios. Create discomfort.

### Solution
Present your product as the natural answer.
Emphasize what USING it will do for them.

3,500-word sales page that actually read well. PAS was the clear winner for AI-generated first drafts. The structure gave it natural momentum: problem, twist the knife, offer the cure.

What worked: Specifying the awareness level. "Solution aware" meant the AI skipped explaining that solutions exist and went straight to differentiation and proof. That one instruction cut 800 words of unnecessary setup and made the page feel like it was written for someone who's already shopping, not someone who doesn't know they have a problem.

What didn't work: The "agitate" section. AI stays surface-level with pain. "Your business isn't growing" is surface. "You're lying awake at 2am running numbers in your head while your partner sleeps next to someone who used to be present" is agitation. The professional cost is obvious. The personal cost is what converts. I manually added the deep, visceral consequences every time.

The Play

Before you write anything, ask: is my reader Unaware, Problem Aware, Solution Aware, Product Aware, or Most Aware? Then match your copy to that level.

Unaware readers need stories. Problem Aware need big benefits. Solution Aware need proof and differentiation. Product Aware need deals. Most Aware just need a link and a reason to act now.

Here is the exact prompt addition that made the biggest difference: "Write this sales page for a [Problem Aware] reader. They know they have a problem but haven't found a solution yet. Lead with the transformation, not the product. Use PAS structure." That single instruction changed the output from a generic pitch into copy that actually met the reader where they were.

Try this today. Add this to your AI prompt: "The reader's awareness level is [X]. Write accordingly." One sentence. Completely changes the output structure. And the conversion rate.

Growth Partner for founders stuck between $1M and $20M. I find the money you’re sitting on and build the machine that collects it. $1B+ in client results.
