Three sections. Five minutes. One unfair advantage.

The Briefing

The AI infrastructure race is intensifying. More compute capacity means AI tools will get faster and cheaper. Good news for everyone building on AI.

Claude hits #1 on the US App Store after Anthropic refuses DoD contract.

The #QuitGPT movement (2.5M supporters) pushed users from ChatGPT to Claude. Brand reputation and ethics are driving real consumer behavior. How you position your AI use matters to your audience.

Amazon announces 16,000 layoffs, cites AI automation.

First major tech company to explicitly tie mass layoffs to AI agents. The message is clear: AI isn't replacing jobs someday. It's replacing jobs now.

The Build

This week I built a complete email marketing system inside AI. Not one email. A system. Multiple sequence types, subject line formulas, behavioral triggers, and a philosophy document that governs how all emails get written.

The core insight that changed everything: email is a one-to-one conversation at scale. The moment it reads like a newsletter, you've lost. People delete newsletters. People read messages from someone they trust.

I loaded three proven email frameworks. A Soap Opera Sequence for nurturing cold leads into buyers. A Bank Refill Launch Sequence for running promotions. And Seinfeld Emails for daily relationship-building. Each one serves a different purpose. Together, they form a system that runs while you sleep.

The file that made it work: email-marketing-master.md

This is the complete email playbook. Core philosophy, discovery questions, sequence frameworks, behavioral triggers, subject line formulas, and deliverability rules. Here's the section on the Soap Opera Sequence, the most powerful email framework I've ever used:

# Email Marketing Master

## CORE PHILOSOPHY
Email is not about broadcasting. It's about creating a
one-to-one conversation at scale. Write like you're writing
to one person, because you are.

The money is in behavior: When someone raises their hand
and says "I'm interested in X," give them more of X.
Stop guessing what people want. Start responding to what
they show you.

Facts tell, stories sell: Every email should have a
narrative element. Your story of discovery is your
prospect's story of transformation.

## CORE FRAMEWORKS

### Soap Opera Sequence (Andre Chaperon)
A 5-7 email story-driven sequence that creates emotional
connection and naturally leads to a sale:

1. Email 1: Set the Stage
Introduce yourself and create intrigue with an open loop
2. Email 2: High Drama / Backstory
Share your struggle and the wall you hit
3. Email 3: Epiphany
   Reveal the breakthrough moment
4. Email 4: Hidden Benefits
Show unexpected advantages of the solution
5. Email 5: Urgency & CTA
Create urgency and make the offer

### Open Loop Technique
Create curiosity by opening a story and not closing it
until a later email. This keeps readers opening every
email to get resolution.

End each email with: "Tomorrow I'll tell you about
the one mistake that cost me $50,000..."

17 email drafts across three sequence types. After editing (mostly tightening and adding real stories), I had a month of email content. Built in one sitting.

What worked: The open loop instruction. Every email ended with a hook for the next one. "Tomorrow I'll tell you about the conversation that changed everything." That single technique keeps open rates climbing instead of declining across a sequence. Most email sequences bleed readers. Open loops reverse that entirely.

What didn't work: Seinfeld emails were the weakest. AI can mimic the structure but can't generate genuinely entertaining personal stories. Used the drafts as templates, then filled in my own anecdotes. The AI built the container. I poured in the personality.

The Play

If you have an email list and you're only sending "newsletters," you're leaving money on the table.

Build a 5-email Soap Opera Sequence: set the stage, high drama, epiphany, hidden benefits, urgency + CTA. Feed your AI these 5 emails as a sequence (not one at a time) so it can thread the narrative and build open loops between them.

Try this today. One Soap Opera Sequence can nurture cold leads into buyers on autopilot. The single most important technique: end every email with an open loop. A story unfinished. A promise of what's coming. Your reader needs a reason to open tomorrow.

Growth Partner for founders stuck between $1M and $20M. I find the money you’re sitting on and build the machine that collects it. $1B+ in client results.
